Advance Registration
SCDMDG encourages early registration for the May 7, 2008 meeting. Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
To register by mail:
- Click here to print the meeting flyer and registration form.
- Enclose a check made out to SCDMDG for the correct amount ($15/person)
- Mail the lower portion of the registration form with your payment to:

If you prefer to register securely online with a credit card or PayPal, you may complete your registration by entering your company name and the names of any attendees and clicking the "Register" button below.
